Cimex Technologies, Inc. guarantees that their proprietary heat extermination treatment will eradicate all bed bugs and their eggs in the treated space. If for some reason all bed bugs or their eggs have not been eradicated within a 6-month period, Cimex will return and perform an additional treatment, and the 6-month check will start again from the re-heat date.

Although Cimex can guarantee that all bed bugs and their eggs will be killed, it cannot be guaranteed that bed bugs are not brought back into the space. In this case, Cimex technologies is not responsible for the returning bed bugs.
